Regeneration

The role involves dealing with all aspects of development viability and funding across residential and commercial from the preparation of large scale economic viability assessments to inform local plan policy and CIL, to development specific valuations and appraisals in relation to grant funding and planning applications.

You will need experience in dealing with all aspects of development economics including research and data analysis, valuation including development appraisals and the use of industry standard software packages, preparation of reports and negotiations.

It is essential that the applicant has extensive knowledge of all relevant Planning legislation and guidance together with an ability to effectively manage workload and work to tight deadlines and excellent report writing skills.

Clients include Local Authorities, Public Sector funding bodies and private developers.

Land Assembly and Compulsory Purchase

We are looking for a qualified surveyor to work in our Regeneration Department and to undertake work specifically relating to land assembly and compulsory purchase.

The department has an established client base and is involved with many high profile schemes.

The applicant should have experience of undertaking acquisitions, assessing compensation and negotiating and agreeing claims both on behalf of acquiring authorities and private clients.

Remuneration

A competitive salary depending upon experience is available together with car allowance and other benefits.
