Phase two of the Watchfactory in the Knowsley town provides 191 homes.
Work has completed on Livv Housing Group’s £35m affordable housing project, which provides 80 two-, three-, and four-bedroom houses, eight one- and two-bedroom bungalows, and 103 one- and two-bedroom apartments spread across three blocks.
The development wraps around the original grade two-listed watch factory building in Prescot, which Livv redeveloped into and extra care facility as part of phase one in 2018.
The scheme was built by Vistry Partnerships and supported by a £9.3m Homes England grant.
Tenures available at the development include affordable rent, shared ownership, and rent to buy. There are also extra care apartments available.
