Acting on behalf of Pier Head Housing Association as part of the Prima Group we successfully sold student halls to Stockton Students. Stockton Students intend to refurbish the accommodation for student use. The property consisted of 93 rooms split over various cluster flats and the long leasehold interest was sold with approximately 70 years unexpired.
