Keppie Massie has advised on a 109,500 sq. ft. letting of an industrial shed at Triumph Business Park in South Liverpool.
Acting on behalf of 3TL Transport & Warehousing, the firm was able to negotiate an incentivised deal as well as advising on the mitigation of repair liabilities and lease terms for the space, which also includes 2.5 acres of yard.
The instruction included a full appraisal of market listing options, conducting inspections and advising on market rental values.
Triumph Business Park was once home to the Triumph motor car factory and many of its streets still reflect that heritage, with names such as Stag Road, Herald Avenue, Vitesse Road and Mayflower Avenue.
