This beautiful Tudor style property is now over 30 years old and has, for the last few years, being receiving some well-earned TLC.
Keppie Massie has been working with the Directors of the Right To Manage Company to systematically refurbish the communal corridors, stairwells, lounge area and guest bedroom.
Works started with the replacement of the dated and damaged ceiling tiles and light fittings, fitting new 60 minute fire rated ceiling tiles and integral PIR/emergency light fittings. This helped increase fire safety and saved on emergency bills.
Last year the old windows in the corridors and staircases were replaced with new PVCu frames – white internally to brighten the corridors and Rosewood externally to match the existing. The units are argon gas filled with warm edge space bars and multi point locking systems. Again saving on emergency bills and increasing security.
Earlier this year, we turned our attention to decoration works, with beautiful silver/grey wallpaper and the doors and frames painted to compliment the colour scheme.
The final phase of the works is due to commence in early September 2019, with replacement of the old worn carpets with new plush carpet tiles throughout, modern vinyl to the reception area and barrier mating to the entrance lobbies.
